Sous le Badamier is a house with a story.
Before becoming Sous le Badamier Boutique Hotel & Spa, this address was known as Chez Vaco, in tribute to the Mauritian painter Vaco Baissac.
A close friend of the former owners, the artist left his mark on the place. Two of his original works are still displayed in the hotel today, witnesses to the artistic and human story of this house.
Since its renovation in 2022, the address has evolved to offer more comfort, with pleasant rooms, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar and a wellness area. Yet we have carefully preserved what gives it its spirit: a lively, personal and sincere house, where guests feel simply welcomed.
Staying with us means choosing an ideal base from which to explore the north of the island in complete freedom.
From the hotel, you can easily:
